The Winery:
The tasting room is located in the Vino Piazza Winery Plaza with a décor done beautifully in an Old Italian Villa style. The tasting room walls are covered with artwork from local artist David Jon Foster. Soft music is usually found playing in the background making this the perfect stop to do some tasting, exploring and relaxing.

The Vineyards:
Pasos Vineyards sources its grapes from the Lodi AVA, specializing in Mediterranean style varietals. These varietals seem to have an affinity for a similar climate in the Lodi region. They also source a portion of their grapes from other California growing regions and purchases their Pinot Noir grapes from Oregon.

The Wines:
The winery prides itself on Mediterranean style wines made to be enjoyed with good food. The wines are aged only in French and Hungarian oak and are known for a wonderful bouquet of vanilla and spice characteristics

The Winemaker:
The winemaker at Pasos is founder Antonio Pasos. Antonio studied enology and viticulture at Fresno State and worked for several California wineries prior to created Pasos Vineyards. He has consulted for wineries in Oregon and Chile.
